A contribution is one recording, photo or text, counted across all your projects.

Can I cancel?

Any time. A paid plan keeps working to the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part of a period, but if something has gone wrong, write to us: we're reasonable.

What happens to my projects if I go back to Free?

Everything within the Free plan's limits carries on. If you have more than it allows, recording pauses and we remind you for 60 days. After that, the projects over the limits go offline, not deleted, and 90 days later they're deleted. Subscribing again brings everything back while it's still kept.

Can I take my work elsewhere?

Yes. Export your whole organization, or one project, at any time: spreadsheets of contributions and participants, every setting, and every audio file and photo. An export can be imported into another Roundware, including one you run yourself with the open-source software.

Who owns the recordings?

Not us. Participants and organizations do, under the terms each project sets. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
